Absolutely amazing to work with! Within just an hour of talking to them about my car repairs, they showed up at the house with a tow truck, left me a loaner car, and picked my car up! They kept me informed the entire duration of repairs, and dealt directly with my Insurance company! They definitely go above and beyond…Their customer service was over the top; I truly felt like family! They did a wonderful job on my car repairs; it was like driving a brand new car! Saved me money
I found Issa on the internet. I am so happy that I’ve found him bc I’ve saved money. He allow you to get a loaner car. The car is not brand new but it will get the job done. I’ve used the loaner car to get to work, the store, even went out of town to New Orleans Louisiana in it. He really helped me a lot of my deductible. My car is back like new.

If your looking for a body shop who caters to your needs. Who fights for you, who is fast and professional, and does an amazing job this is the one. I was treat with nothing but hospitality, my insurance didn’t even pay for all the damages but they were sure to fix it from front to back it looks like my is brand new I love it. I have nothing but good to say about this body shop. I was even provided a free loaner car because I dont have rental on my insurance!

Amazing….Simply Amazing!
By far, hands down, the best customer service experience that I have ever been apart of. From the top of the company, down to the newest guy just starting everyone is professional in how they do, and know how treat people. I was very skeptical at first because I’m not from Texas, so I didn’t know anything or anyone. I don’t listen to commercials because every one always claims to be the best. All companies say the right things to get you in the door, but very few give you that “I Gotta Come Back” feeling. From the initial phone conversation Issa not only reassured me that everything would be alright, but he made me feel like he cared more about getting me fixed and back on the road more than I did. I felt like for once a company and its people treated me like I mattered, like it was more than a monetary transaction. Issa drove over an hour to pick up my truck and left me a loner so that I would have a vehicle to drive while mine was getting repaired. He gave me a date as to when my truck would be ready and he held true to that date and time. As promised I did not have to pay my deductible, and do to the quality of work provided, I now drive a brand new, fresh off the show room floor 2011 Tahoe. Issa…I tip my hat to the quality of all around service that you and your staff provide.

They were amazing! Fabulous customer service, free loaner car and saved me my deductible! They drove almost an hour to pick up my car and drop off a complimentary loaner. I forgot an important tag on my rearview mirror and they brought it back for me! The body work they did was beautiful and guaranteed. They worked with my insurance company and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! They delivered my car back to me when it was done. They even helped me move my child’s carseat from car to car! I have a 2015 Chevy Equinox. I accidentally hit a post causing a huge dent and it scraped the paint off the door. I searched around and every quote I got was too high. I came across Issa’s body shop. I couldn’t believe the customer service and the quote was much less than the other body shops!
They picked up my car at my house and dropped off a very clean courtesy car that was in great condition!
I COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER!! When I saw my car I actually had a tear in my eyes. The work they did was absolutely beautiful! I don’t have a problem referring Save the Deductible Body Shop
to my family and friends. I’ll never go anywhere else!!

This is one view review you should read. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander in 10 minutes four weeks ago and I backed into a pole at my sisters house and did a decent amount of damage to my new baby. I couldn’t go and put it on my insurance as I hadn’t had a car in four years due to a previous accident where I was severely hurt and even though it wasn’t my fault that I lost the car in the accident and was unable to drive I was still penalized by my insurance company and therefore I cannot put this accident which was my fault on my insurance and I knew it would have to come out of my pocket. I found this company on the Internet through Google reviews and there are many times that I feel like these reviews are not what they should be or maybe they’ve been done by the businesses themselves. Well, it turns out the reviews about this place for true it was the best experience I’ve ever had as far as dealing with auto body repair and I have been driving for 39 years. I spoke to a gentleman told him what was going on and that I wanted it repaired correctly but that I wanted it to be reasonable as well. They did an amazing job my family who had seen the vehicle after I purchased it but had not seen it after the accident could not tell where the damage was no matter how hard they tried even after I told them where the damage was on the vehicle before the repair. They didn’t gouge me, they were respectful, polite , they delivered my vehicle and picked it up and provided me with an beautiful loaner vehicle. Their work has a lifetime warranty and you cannot get that with the dealership that is something you usually get with a high end private custom auto body shop and even then not always a lifetime warranty. It doesn’t matter if you’re going to file on your insurance or not if you want a hassle free pleasant experience with the job that looks better than the factory and has a lifetime warranty then this is the place to go.

I just want to share what an incredible experience I had with save deductible. Issa is so kind hearted and did everything to help me get my car fixed. as a full time nursing student and mother to 4 teens my life is pretty busy. he assured me he would take care of my car and that I would be pleased and he was right my car looks like it never had a dent or scratch. he even personally delivered my hubcap cover when I noticed it was missing. I would recommend save deductible to anyone friends or family. thank you all for your kindness and effort you put in for your customers

I have had two cars repaired by Issa, my Mercedes CL 63 AMG and my daughter’s Jeep Cherokee. They not only provided a free loaner car but they interacted directly with my insurance company. Their work was spectacular and they provided a lifetime guarantee. If anybody needs bodywork, you cannot find a better group to work with than Save Deductible.

They really do treat you like family there. Not only do they help with the deductable, they also let me use a loaner car while they were working on my car. To go a step further they came to my job to pickup my car and drop-off the loaner. Had a couple of incidents this year with road debris tearing up my front bumper, radiator and other components on a VW Jetta. Situation was handled professionally by Issa and his team at Save Deductible Body Shop. He “they” ALWAYS respond to your calls, keep you up to date in the repair process and will work with you to ensure everything is as expected, including best pricing The typical turnaround time for repair is outstanding! Could not be happier with the service, the turn around time or the finished product. Issa made the process of having work done on my truck very easy. It only took a call to him and one call to my insurance company to get a door replaced on my tundra. The truck looks better than when I brought it in. Free loaner car was a huge bonus as well.

Save Deductible Body Shop is #1!!! I called them on Saturday morning and told them about my fender bender that happened on Friday after work. I spoke with Issa, he said they would come pick up my car free of charge, give me an estimate on the damages contact my insurance company and deal directly with my insurance company for me. He also said he would give me a rental free of charge while mine was in the shop. Leaving me to not have to worry about anything! They fixed my car and IT LOOKS BRAND NEW!!! I highly recommend Save Deductible Body Shop!!!

The team at Save Deductible Body Shop did an absolutely phenomenal job on my BMW 3 series. The damage my car had was extensive due to a wreck on the highway at a high speed, and I was worried my car would be totaled. The team did an extensive overview of my car and walked me through everything, not leaving a detail out. Having a foreign car can mean a longer wait time, but Save Deductible was extremely fast with ordering and the work that needed to be done and my car came out looking better than ever!
